Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship to all countries in our supported markets. At checkout, you will be able to confirm whether we deliver to your location.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Delays While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, CalmPulse is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control.
